Boy Scout Troop 9 is proud to announce we have a new Eagle Scout. Kevin Bering passed his Eagle Board of Review on April 14th. Congratulations, Kevin! Our Troop meetings in the past month have focused on camp cooking, and the Scouts are working on the Cooking merit badge. Our Tenderfoot Scouts have also been working on skills for rank advancement. The Scouts held Troop elections for new youth leaders recently. Our new Senior Patrol Leader is Steve Zuchowski and Brian Oehlsen is the new Assistant Senior Patrol Leader. Patrol Leaders are Graham Callaghan and Peter Jensen. Assistant Patrol Leaders are Evan McCormick and James Zuchowski. Michael Axel will be Scribe. Order of the Arrow elections were also held, and Steve Zuchowski and Graham Callaghan were elected to the Honor Society of Scouting. The Troop will take a spring hike at Nick's Lake on Saturday, April 30.
